为明确重金属镉(Cd)胁迫对烤烟农艺性状和生理生化指标的影响,以吉烟9号为供试品种,采用盆栽方法,模拟土壤不同浓度Cd胁迫对烤烟农艺性状及生理生化指标的影响。试验结果表明,Cd胁迫下,烤烟叶长、叶宽、株高、茎围在Cd>3mg/kg时随Cd浓度增加而下降(Cd20处理叶宽除外)。CAT、SOD活性随Cd浓度增加先升后降;Pro含量变化趋势则相反;POD活性和MDA含量持续升高,而Chl含量则持续下降。总氮、蛋白质、总糖、还原糖含量均随Cd浓度的升高呈先升后降再升的趋势;烟碱含量随Cd浓度升高逐渐降低。
In order to clarify the effect of cadmium (Cd) stress on agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes of flue - cured tobacco, the effects of Cd stress on agronomic traits and physiological and biochemical indexes of flue - cured tobacco were simulated by using pot experiment. The results showed that under Cd stress, leaf length, leaf width, plant height and stem diameter decreased with the increase of Cd concentration at Cd> 3 mg / kg (except leaf width of Cd20). The activity of CAT and SOD increased first and then decreased with the increase of Cd concentration; the trend of Pro content was opposite; the activity of POD and MDA content continued to increase while the content of Chl decreased continuously. The content of total nitrogen, protein, total sugar and reducing sugar all increased firstly and then decreased then increased with the increase of Cd concentration. The nicotine content decreased with the increase of Cd concentration.
