山楂果实聍藏保鲜要求的条件是:(1)山楂果实成熟度一致,无病虫害,无碰压和机械损伤;(2)貯藏前对挑选好的果实进行24小时预冷降温,温度控制在0—5℃,相对湿度控制在85—90%,要注意适当调节二氧化碳和氧气的比例,以达到控制营养物质消耗,延长贮藏期的效果。贮藏方法有:
