她叫方芳,是我在去年秋季招聘会上认识的。她的资料上写着:2001年毕业于GBS国际体系管理专业,硕士。求职取向:一个能够发挥自身管理才能的岗位。 那次公司的面试会上有32人参加,而公司的岗位录用名额只有五个。根据专业定性分析和岗位工作标准,我最后选出了10名应聘者,参加了“特定考核”。 考核是在公司的一个半成品车间里进行的,我们有意将个别工序搞混乱,虽然看上去这是一个现代化水平比较高的流程,可是,细心的求职者应该发现其中的症结。
Her name is Fang Fang, whom I met at last autumn’s job fair. Her information reads: 2001 graduated from the GBS international system management professional, master’s degree. Job Orientation: A position that can exert its own managerial skills. There were 32 participants at that company’s interview and there were only 5 job offers for the company. According to professional qualitative analysis and post work standards, I finally selected 10 candidates, participated in the “specific assessment.” The assessment was conducted in a semi-finished workshop of the company. We intend to confuse individual processes. Although this may seem like a relatively modern process, attentive job seekers should find the crux of the problem.
