应用抗呼吸道合胞病毒和腺病毒免疫核糖核酸(iRNA)治疗病毒性肺炎60例,治疗组治疗后比治疗前血清特异性抗体水平和血浆干扰素(IFN)滴度明显增高,血浆干扰素滴度治疗前、后的变化明显高于对照组。IFN性质的鉴定证实,诱生的内源性IFN主要为γ-IFN,部分为α-IFN,从而,提高了机体免疫功能和抗病毒感染的能力。本研究为应用抗病毒iRNA治疗病毒性肺炎提供了理论依据。
Sixty patients with viral pneumonia were treated with anti-respiratory syncytial virus and adenovirus immune RNA (iRNA). Serum specific antibody levels and plasma interferon (IFN) titers were significantly higher in the treatment group than those before treatment, and plasma interferon levels Degree before and after treatment was significantly higher than the control group. The identification of the nature of IFN confirms that the induced endogenous IFN is predominantly γ-IFN and partly α-IFN, thereby enhancing the body’s immune function and ability to antiviral infection. This study provides a theoretical basis for the application of antiviral iRNA in the treatment of viral pneumonia.
