目的:探讨表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)抑制剂在舌鳞癌多药耐药中的作用。方法:免疫细胞化学技术和Western blot方法检测舌癌细胞系Tca8113及多药耐药细胞系Tca8113/CBP EGFR的表达,Western blot检测EGFR受到抑制后舌癌多药耐药细胞Tca8113/CBP耐药蛋白MRP,GTS-π的表达。结果:细胞系Tca8113和Tca8113/CBP均有EGFR的表达(P>0.05),EGFR受到抑制后细胞Tca8113/CBP的多药耐药蛋白MRP,GST-π的表达均下降(P<0.05)。结论:抑制EGFR可下调舌癌多药耐药细胞耐药蛋白的表达。
Objective: To investigate the role of epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) inhibitors in multidrug resistance of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Methods: The expressions of Tca8113 / CBP EGFR in tongue cancer cell line Tca8113 and multidrug-resistant cell line Tca8113 / CBP were detected by immunocytochemistry and Western blot. Western blot was used to detect the expression of Tca8113 / CBP resistant protein in tongue cancer multidrug resistance cells MRP, GTS-π expression. Results: The expression of EGFR in both Tca8113 and Tca8113 / CBP cells was significantly decreased (P> 0.05). The expression of multidrug resistance protein (MRP) and GST-π in Tca8113 / CBP cells decreased after EGFR was inhibited (P <0.05). Conclusion: Inhibition of EGFR can down-regulate the expression of multidrug resistance protein in tongue cancer cells.
