我国农民交通事故的死伤人数占了全国交通事故死伤人数的70%左右,冬季是农村交通事故多发的季节,本文通过实例分析了冬季农村交通事故多发的原因,并对驾驶机动车出行的农民提出了应重点注意的几个交通安全问题。
The number of deaths and injuries caused by peasant traffic accidents accounts for about 70% of the total number of traffic accidents in the country. Winter is the season with heavy traffic accidents in rural areas. This paper analyzes the causes of the heavy traffic accidents in rural areas in winter and puts forward the suggestions A few traffic safety issues should be highlighted.
