烷基磺酸钠是良好的生物降解洗涤剂。本工作研究了正构烷烃γ-辐射磺氧化制备烷基磺酸的反应机理和敏化剂效应,发现反应中间体过氧磺酸在磺氧化过程中可能具有较长的寿命。采用正构烷烃原料循坏和加入辐射敏化剂的方法可提高磺酸产额,最高可达5倍左右。敏化机理主要是由于敏化剂具有较高的电子亲合势。它俘获了慢电子,抑制了离子复合反应,促使烷烃正离子经由离子—分子反应产生自由基(R),从而提高了 G(R),敏化了磺氧化反应。
Sodium alkyl sulfonate is a good biodegradable detergent. In this work, the reaction mechanism and sensitizer effect of n-alkanes γ-radiation sulfonation to alkanesulfonic acid were investigated. It was found that peroxo-sulfonic acid, a reactive intermediate, may have a longer lifetime in sulfoxidation. The use of normal paraffin feed circulation and the addition of radiation-sensitive agent can increase the yield of sulfonic acid, up to 5 times. The sensitization mechanism is mainly due to the higher electron affinity of sensitizers. It captures the slow electrons, inhibits the ionic recombination reaction, and promotes the generation of free radicals (R) by alkane cations through ion-molecule reactions, thereby increasing G (R) and sensitizing the sulfoxidation reaction.
