本文30例反复呼吸道感染患儿为1998年7月至2000年7月沈阳市第一人民医院儿科门诊患儿,年龄18个月至6岁,男18例,女12例。诊断符合1987年4月全国小儿呼吸道感染疾病成都会议制定的小儿反复呼吸道感染(RRI)的诊断标准,除外原发性免疫缺陷病、严重器质性疾病及维生素、锌缺乏症,未接受其它免疫治疗。入选病例均经征求家长意见并同意按本文治疗和观察方法执行。每例口服必思添3个月为1个疗程,每月仅服8d:第1个月每日早、晚各服1粒(1mg),第2、3个月每日晨服1粒(1mg),中间间
This article 30 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children from July 1998 to July 2000 Shenyang First People’s Hospital pediatric outpatient, aged 18 months to 6 years old, 18 males and 12 females. The diagnosis was in line with the diagnostic criteria for recurrent respiratory tract infections in children (RRI) developed at the Chengdu Pediatric Respiratory Tract Disease Conference of April 1987, except for primary immunodeficiency diseases, severe organic diseases and vitamins, zinc deficiency, and other immunizations treatment. Selected cases were sought after the parents opinion and agreed to the treatment and observation of the implementation of this article.
