1、分置式液压系统的结构和油路有何特点? 答:东方红—75、铁牛—55、东方红—28拖拉机上设置的液压悬挂系统都是分置式的。其结构如图1所示。从结构上可以看出,分配器控制高压油路。通过操纵分配器,完成“提升”、“中立”、“压降”、“浮动”四个动作(图2)。其油路特点是:采取封闭油缸油路的方法使油缸活塞保持中立位置。因此,称为容积封闭式压油控制油路。又由于在油缸不充油时(即“中立”和“浮动”位置),油泵在卸除负荷的状况下运转,压出的油液经分配器流回油箱。因此,也被称为卸荷式油路。
