LD5铝合金具有比较高的强度,良好的范性,加工性等优良性能,常用作大型和形状复杂的锻件、模锻件。LD5铝合金常在固溶、人工时效状态下应用。目前常采用505~525℃固溶、155℃时效的热处理制度。但在生产实践中,按照上述工艺固溶处理的LD5制件,在金相组织中经常有黑团出现。例如,图1为某一LD5模锻件经515℃固溶热处理后,在心部发现的黑团,这些黑团的本质是什么?是否是过烧产物?本文从生产出发,目的是探索该合金中黑团的出现条件、形态特征、出现原因并对某些性能作初步探索,以期对黑团和LD5的过烧有较深刻的了解。
