椎实螺Galba sp,俗称蜗牛或土蜗牛,是景洪地区蔬菜生产中的大害,它往往毁灭刚出土的幼芽,舐食菜苗及较大植株的下层叶片。允景洪公社蔬菜大队120亩生产基地连续3—4年遭受椎实螺为害,以致每年雨季7—8月间大部份菜地因育不出菜苗而荒芜。去年雨季连续四次播种,其幼芽均被毁灭。该队先后使用过1605,1059,敌敌畏、乐果、六六六粉等农药,均告无效。因此,怎样搞好椎实螺的防除,对改变西双版纳一带雨季期间历来缺乏蔬菜的局面,很有现实
