8月31日,山东太阳纸业股份有限公司同鱼台县人民政府、鱼台万寿纸业有限公司(鱼台县造纸厂)签订了租赁经营合同,并于同日派人赴鱼台工作,这标志着太阳纸业正式接手鱼台万寿纸业有限公司。 鱼台万寿纸业有限公司是一家国营造纸企业,在迈向市场经济的过程中,由于环保、管理等原因,致使企业举步维艰,难以为继。经过实地考察并与当地政府接触后,太阳纸业毅然决定租赁该厂,这是太阳纸业第一次跨地区实施低成本扩张,租赁鱼台万寿纸业
On August 31st, Shandong Sun Paper Co., Ltd. signed a lease operation contract with the Yutai County People’s Government and Yutai Wanshou Paper Co., Ltd. (Yutai County Paper Mill), and on the same day, they sent personnel to work in Yutai. Marked Sun Paper officially took over Yutai Wanshou Paper Co., Ltd. Yutai Wanshou Paper Co., Ltd. is a national construction paper company. In the process of moving toward a market economy, due to environmental protection, management, and other reasons, it has caused companies to struggle and is difficult to sustain. After field visits and contact with the local government, Sun Paper decided to lease the plant resolutely. This is the first time that Sun Paper has implemented low-cost expansion across regions and leased Yutai Wanshou Paper.
