改革开放20年来,温州创造了独特的经济发展路子,人称“温州模式”。经济结构变化出乎意料。全市工业总产值非公有制经济所占比重由1978年的9.3％,上升至1998年的84％,1998年商业零售额个体私营经济达到90％以上。全市国民生产总值增幅连续多年超过全国、全省平均增幅2至6个百分点,主要是个体私营经济作出贡献。这种经济结构与发展势头,规定了我们的报纸只有面对现实,多层次、全方位报道个体私营经济活动;深入挖掘“温州模式”的动力、内涵
In the 20 years since the reform and opening up, Wenzhou has created a unique path of economic development, known as the “Wenzhou Model.” The economic structure changed unexpectedly. The proportion of non-public sector of the total industrial output value in the city increased from 9.3% in 1978 to 84% in 1998, and retail sales in 1998 reached over 90% in the private and private sectors. The city’s gross national product (GDP) growth rate surpassed that of the whole country for many years in a row, with an average increase of 2 to 6 percentage points in the province, mainly contributing to the private and private economy. This economic structure and momentum of development stipulate that our newspapers should only cover individual and private economic activities in the face of reality, at various levels and in all aspects. In addition, we must further tap the motivation and connotation of the “Wenzhou Model”
