本文建立了通过~(13)C-NMR和IR手段对部分水解聚丙烯酰胺P(AM/AA)进行共聚物组成测定的两种方法。~(13)C-NMR方法从P(AM/AA)的不同单体链节CH碳共振峰的相对积分面积直接得到分子的组分含量。IR方法先将试样转化成Na盐,然后测定1580cm~(-1)和1660cm~(-1)处的相对吸光度,二者之比(R)与样品水解度有如下的线性关系: R=2.236-0.021×AA%根据实验结果讨论了~(13)C-NMR、IR及元素分析方法测定P(AM/AA)组成的优缺点。
In this paper, two methods for the determination of copolymer composition of partially hydrolyzed polyacrylamide P (AM / AA) by ~ (13) C-NMR and IR have been established. ~ (13) C-NMR method directly from the P (AM / AA) CH monomer carbon monoxide chain relative integral area of the resonance component of the molecular weight. The IR method converts the sample to Na salt first, and then determines the relative absorbance at 1580 cm -1 and 1660 cm -1. The ratio (R) of the sample has a linear relationship with the degree of hydrolysis of the sample as follows: R = 2.236-0.021 × AA% The advantages and disadvantages of the determination of P (AM / AA) composition by ~ (13) C-NMR, IR and elemental analysis are discussed according to the experimental results.
