党团组织进公寓,在对学生进行正确思想的引领和指导方面具有重要的意义,为培养社会主义合格建设者和接班人提供了组织保障,符合学生自我管理、自我教育、自我服务的时代要求,提高学生综合素质,增强思想政治工作的辐射,引领公寓活动,维护公寓良好稳定的秩序。文章探讨党团组织进宿舍的三种方法:一是可以通过建立和完善组织管理体制,完善入党积极分子考察制度,二是建立骨干队伍,发挥党团员的模范带头作用,三是以服务学生为宗旨,以文化活动为依托,增强党团组织和活力和影响力。
