教师的教学效能感是教师在教学活动中对其能有效地完成教学工作、实现教学目标的一种能力的知觉和信念。2006年11-12月间,浙江省8所高校200名大学英语教师进行了实证研究,验证了教师教学效能感与教师对大学英语教学改革态度的密切关系。因此,如何切实提高大学英语教师的教学效能感,使他们积极投身于教学改革,应该是本次教改能否成功的一个重要因素。在分析了影响大学公共英语教师教学效能感的因素后,提出了增进其教学效能感的有效途径。
Teacher’s sense of efficacy of teaching is the teacher’s awareness and belief in teaching activities as an ability to accomplish the teaching work effectively and achieve the teaching goal. From November to December 2006, 200 university English teachers in 8 universities in Zhejiang Province conducted an empirical study, which verified the close relationship between teachers ’sense of efficacy and teachers’ attitudes toward the reform of college English teaching. Therefore, how to effectively improve the sense of efficacy of college English teachers so that they can actively participate in the teaching reform should be an important factor in the success of this reform. After analyzing the factors which affect the teaching effectiveness of public English teachers in universities, this paper puts forward some effective ways to improve the sense of teaching effectiveness.
