为提高弹簧在高应力条件下的使用寿命,研究了50CrVA弹钢簧的贝氏体-马氏体等温淬火的温度、时间和回火温度对性能的影响。试验结果表明,在最大工作应力为790MPa的高应力条件下,所有经过贝氏体-马氏体等温淬火的弹簧的疲劳寿命都超过了1×107次,而60%的经常规处理弹簧的疲劳寿命低于2.24×106次。
In order to improve the service life of springs under high stress conditions, the effects of bainite-martensite temperature, time and tempering temperature on the performance of 50CrVA steel spring were studied. The experimental results show that all the bainitic-martensite-isothermal quenched springs have a fatigue life of more than 1 × 107 at high stress of 790 MPa, whereas 60% of conventional spring-treated fatigue Life expectancy is less than 2.24 × 106 times.
