采用PEG6000及NaCl进行渗透胁迫,研究渗透胁迫对新疆大果沙枣幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化及保护酶的影响。结果表明:随着渗透胁迫程度加大和胁迫时间的延长,新疆大果沙枣叶片中相对含水量逐步下降,叶片膜脂过氧化程度加重,丙二醛含量持续上升,交叉处理减缓了水分胁迫的伤害程度;交叉处理和重度渗透胁迫的超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化氢酶活性在处理16h前逐渐增加,16h后下降,轻度渗透胁迫超氧化物歧化酶活性在处理24h达到峰值,过氧化氢酶活性在整个处理过程中则保持上升趋势;各处理过氧化物酶活性变化趋势较一致,在处理16h达到其峰值,20%PEG6000处理32h左右能使新疆大果沙枣幼苗严重失水萎蔫。渗透胁迫明显影响新疆大果沙枣幼苗叶片膜脂过氧化程度的加重和保护酶活性的变化,新疆大果沙枣幼苗具有有限的耐渗透的能力。
The effects of osmotic stress on membrane lipid peroxidation and protective enzymes in jujube fruit of Davidia macrophylla were studied by using osmotic stress with PEG6000 and NaCl. The results showed that with the increasing of osmotic stress and prolonging of stress time, the relative water content in leaves of Xinjiang jujube decreased gradually, the degree of membrane lipid peroxidation increased and the content of malondialdehyde continuously increased. Cross treatment reduced the water stress The degree of injury; the activities of superoxide dismutase (SOD) and catalase (SOD) after cross treatment and severe osmotic stress increased gradually 16h before treatment and decreased after 16h, and the activity of light osmotic stress superoxide dismutase peaked at 24h, The activity of hydrogenase in the whole process kept an upward trend. The trend of peroxidase activity was the same in all the treatments. The peak of the activity of peroxidase in each treatment reached its peak at 16h. Treatment with 20% PEG6000 for about 32h resulted in severe water loss and wilting . The osmotic stress significantly affected the increase of membrane lipid peroxidation and the change of protective enzyme activity in leaves of Xinjiang jujuba chinensis seedlings. The jujube jujube seedlings had limited osmotic tolerance.
