改革开放30年来,我们告别了住房短缺时代,无数国人圆了安居梦想;30年来,中国城镇化进程不断加快,城市发展面貌日新月异。从本期起,本刊将分二期刊载《中国房地产30年》一文,文章作者曾在国务院房改办和住房和城乡建设部任职,是我国房地产业发展的亲历者和践行者,对读者全面了解、剖析我国房地产业30年发展历程,探究未来走向会大有裨益。
In the 30 years since the reform and opening up, we bid farewell to the era of housing shortage, and many innocent people lived a dream of housing. Over the past 30 years, the process of urbanization in China has been accelerating and the urban development has been changing rapidly. Starting from this issue, we will publish “China Real Estate for 30 Years” in two issues. The author of this article, who served in the Housing Reform Office of the State Council and the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, is witness and practitioner of the development of real estate industry in our country. A comprehensive understanding of China’s real estate industry analysis of 30 years of development history, to explore the future direction of great benefit.
