伊朗的研究人员发现,常喝热茶易增加食道癌风险。当饮用的茶水水温介于65℃~69℃时,食道癌发生风险会翻倍,一旦喝下的茶水的水温超过70℃,食道癌发生率会增加8倍。若茶水倒出后2分钟内就喝完,罹患食道癌的风险会比等4分钟后再喝上升5倍左右。而另有研究发现,喝茶时,茶水温度介于56℃~60℃,对健康较为有利。
Iranian researchers found that drinking hot tea often increases the risk of esophageal cancer. When drinking tea water temperature between 65 ℃ ~ 69 ℃, the risk of esophageal cancer will double, once the drinking water temperature exceeds 70 ℃, esophageal cancer will increase the incidence of 8 times. If the tea poured out within 2 minutes after drinking, the risk of suffering from esophageal cancer than after 4 minutes and then drink about 5 times more. Another study found that tea, tea temperature between 56 ℃ ~ 60 ℃, more favorable to health.
