针对三驱动施工升降机出厂时没有配备对3个制动器同时松开和同时制动来移动吊笼的安全解困装置,介绍了一种施工升降机新型解困装置。该装置由1个多杠杆复合多连杆的联动装置组成,解决了制动力矩和松闸行程不统一的3个制动器同时松闸和同时制动的关键技术,达到了安全解困的目的。同时,利用该装置可以松开其中2个刹车检查第3个刹车的制动性能,避免设备带病运行。该装置还可用于安装传动板的装机过程,通过同时松闸3个制动器移动传动板调节相应固定螺栓安装需要的位置。
