胸带对乳房手术后创面止血、减少皮下积血、积液、固定局部引流管、防止切口裂开等方面起着重要的作用.过去乳房手术后一直采用布质多头腹带替代胸带,其使用繁琐,容易滑脱,固定必须采用打结方式,使患者产生不适感,且临床疗效欠佳.为了弥补临床腹带替代胸带的不足,我们设计和研制了2011型背式多头胸带,经临床广泛应用,效果良好.
