思想政治教育者作为思想政治教育活动的组织者、发动者和实施者,这样一个特殊的地位决定了教育者的主体地位。从主体性哲学的角度来研究思想政治教育者的主体性是十分有必要和有意义的,思想政治教育者只有真正确立了主体性或者说认识到自己的主体性,才能自觉地、能动地发挥主导作用,才能对受教育者进行有效的积极的教育,同时还能使教育具有创新性和前瞻性,真正实现教育的至善的目标。
Ideological and political educators, as organizers, activists and implementers of ideological and political education activities, have such a special status that determines the dominant position of educators. It is very necessary and meaningful to study the subjectivity of ideological and political educators from the perspective of subjectivity philosophy. Ideological and political educators can consciously and initiatively play their role only when they have truly established subjectivity or realized their own subjectivity. Leading role in order to educate people effective and positive education, but also make education innovative and forward-looking, and truly achieve the goal of education perfection.
