目的对医院住院病房中调剂管理中存在的问题进行分析,并将针对性的改进措施提出。方法将改进措施实施前(2015年1月到2016年1月)设为对比组,将改进措施实施后(2016年2月到2016年12月)设为研究组,两组分别选择900份用药记录,对其中用药具体情况进行分析与比较。结果研究组用药安全、有效用药、用药依从性均明显较对比组高,(P<0.05),研究组医疗纠纷发生率是1.1%,与对比组的7.2%比对较高。结论对医院住院药房调剂管理中存在的问题进行分析,并施予改进措施,可使用药安全性、有效性、依从性提升,从而使因用药差错导致的医疗纠纷减少。
Objective To analyze the existing problems in the transfer management of hospital inpatient wards, and to put forward the targeted improvement measures. Methods Prior to the implementation of the improvement measures (January 2015 to January 2016), a comparison group was set up. After the implementation of the improvement measures (February 2016 to December 2016), the study group was set as the research group, with 900 drugs Record, analyze and compare the specific situation of the medication. Results The medication safety, effective medication and medication compliance of the study group were significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of medical disputes in the study group was 1.1%, which was higher than that of the control group (7.2%). Conclusion The analysis of the problems existing in the management of hospitalized pharmacies in hospitals and the improvement measures that can be used to improve the safety, effectiveness and compliance of the hospital so as to reduce the number of medical disputes caused by medication errors.
