本文从目前我国证券市场中股权分置改革的着手,结合深沪两市证券市场现状,分析了A、B股股价的差异和由此出现的B股投资机会,为投资者投资证券市场提供了决策参考。
Based on the current reform of non-tradable shares in China’s securities market and the current stock market in Shenzhen and Shanghai, this paper analyzes the differences in share prices between A and B shares and the resulting B-share investment opportunities and provides investors with an opportunity to invest in the securities market Decision Reference.
