目的了解上海市以及湖南省永州市道县野外中华按蚊的抗药性水平。方法用接触筒法测定上海市青浦区、宝山区、嘉定区、金山区、崇明县以及湖南省永州市道县6个地区中华按蚊野外成蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、仲丁威和杀螟硫磷5种药物的抗性。结果 6个地区的中华按蚊对5种药物均产生了抗性,其中上海市宝山区的中华按蚊对5种药物均达到了高抗性级别;上海市青浦区的中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、氯菊酯、仲丁威达到了高抗性级别;上海市崇明县的中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯产生了高抗性,对高效氯氰菊酯产生了初步抗性;上海市嘉定区的中华按蚊对高效氯氰菊酯和仲丁威产生了初步抗性;湖南省永州市道县的中华按蚊对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、仲丁威和杀螟硫磷达到了高抗性级别。结论上海市5个区(县)、湖南省1个县的中华按蚊野外种群均对溴氰菊酯、高效氯氰菊酯、氯菊酯、仲丁威和杀螟硫磷产生了抗性,相关性分析显示拟除虫菊酯类与有机磷类、氨基甲酸酯类之间可能有交互抗性的存在。
Objective To understand the resistance of Anopheles sinensis in Shanghai and Daoxian, Yongzhou, Hunan Province. Methods The adult mosquitoes of Anopheles sinensis in Qingpu District, Baoshan District, Jiading District, Jinshan District, Chongming County and Dawao County in Yongzhou City of Hunan Province were detected by contact tube method. The effects of deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin , Ding Ding Wei and fenitrothion resistance of five drugs. Results Anopheles sinensis had resistance to five kinds of drugs in six regions, among which Anopheles sinensis in Baoshan District of Shanghai achieved high resistance level to five kinds of drugs. Anopheles sinensis in Qingpu District, Shanghai, Intrusive, permethrin, sec-Ding Wei reached a high resistance level; Chongming County, Shanghai, China Anopheles sinensis has a high resistance to deltamethrin, alpha-cypermethrin have a preliminary resistance; Shanghai Jiading District Anopheles sinensis had initial resistance to beta-cypermethrin and sec-butyl. Anopheles sinensis in Daoxian County, Yongzhou City, Hunan Province reached a high resistance level to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, sec-butyl and fenitrothion. Conclusion The field population of Anopheles sinensis in five districts (counties) in Shanghai and one county in Hunan all had resistance to deltamethrin, beta-cypermethrin, permethrin, s-butyl and fenitrothion Analysis shows that pyrethroids and organic phosphorus, carbamates may exist between the cross-resistance.
