随着新课程改革力度的加大和逐步推进,小学数学教学越来越注重自主学习能力与自主学习,一个是团队功能,一个是自我作用,它们都是帮助学生培养团队协作与思考能力的核心。它们两者都不能缺少,需要老师做好引导,在互相协作中提高教学质量,促进现代教学发展。一、传统教学模式的不足在传统的教学中,老师普遍采用的是满堂灌、一言堂的形式,老师一直是课堂教学的重心,学生只得被迫接受老师所讲的一切,很少思索老师为何这样讲。时间一长,只有一个人讲,课堂就缺少了应有的效果,教学效果也难以保障。
