目的探讨彩色多普勒超声结合组织谐波显像在输尿管肿瘤的诊断价值。方法应用彩色多普勒超声结合组织谐波显像对19例输尿管肿瘤进行对比检查。结果彩色多普勒超声结合组织谐波显像对输尿管、肾盂、膀胱及输尿管肿瘤的显示,优于尿路造影、CT、MRI。结论彩色多普勒超声结合组织谐波显像能提高图像质量,使输尿管肿瘤的显示率明显提高。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of color Doppler ultrasound combined with tissue harmonic imaging in ureteral tumors. Methods Color Doppler ultrasound combined with tissue harmonic imaging in 19 cases of ureteral tumors were compared. Results Color Doppler ultrasound combined with tissue harmonic imaging of the ureter, renal pelvis, bladder and ureter tumors showed better than urography, CT, MRI. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound combined with tissue harmonic imaging can improve the image quality, so that the display rate of ureteral tumors was significantly improved.
