针对钽湿法冶炼生产决策主要依靠经验的问题,提出基于自适应神经模糊推理系统(ANFIS)的钽湿法冶炼控制方法。在分析钽湿法冶炼控制目标的基础上,构建控制模型,描述ANFIS结构与技术实现,并给出详细控制流程。实验结果表明,该方法实现了反应槽温度的平稳上升,能够确保钽湿法冶炼的安全生产。
In view of the fact that tantalum hydrometallurgical production decision mainly depends on experience, a control method of tantalum wet smelting based on adaptive neuro-fuzzy inference system (ANFIS) is proposed. Based on the analysis of the control objectives of tantalum wet-process smelting, a control model is constructed to describe the structure and technology of ANFIS, and a detailed control flow is given. The experimental results show that the method achieves a steady rise of the temperature of the reaction tank and can ensure the safe production of tantalum hydrometallurgy.
