目的评价六磨汤高位保留灌肠联合生物反馈治疗混合型功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法将90例混合型功能性便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各45例。治疗组给予六磨汤高位灌肠联合生物反馈治疗,对照组给予生理盐水高位灌肠联合生物反馈治疗。两组均隔日睡前灌肠1次,生物反馈治疗每次1h,与灌肠交替隔日进行。两种疗法均分别进行15次,疗程共30天。两组治疗前后对排便不尽感、肛门梗阻感、排便费力、大便性状、排便次数、排便时间、腹胀进行评分,治疗后评价临床疗效,治疗结束后随访3个月,观察各临床症状复发情况。结果治疗组临床疗效总有效率为75.56%,优于对照组的55.56%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后排便不尽感、肛门梗阻感、排便费力、大便性状、排便次数、排便时间、腹胀积分均明显降低,对照组仅排便不尽感、排便次数积分明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各临床症状改善均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。随访3个月两组未发现各临床症状复发情况。结论六磨汤高位灌肠联合生物反馈治疗混合型功能性便秘临床疗效确切,能明显改善患者排便困难等临床症状。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Liumangtang high retention enema combined with biofeedback in the treatment of mixed functional constipation. Methods Ninety patients with mixed functional constipation were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 45 cases each. The treatment group was given Liumangtang high enema combined with biofeedback treatment, and the control group was given saline high enema combined with biofeedback therapy. Two groups were enema at bedtime every other day 1, biofeedback treatment 1h, alternating with enema every other day. The two treatments were conducted 15 times, a total of 30 days treatment. The two groups before and after treatment of defecation, anal obstruction, bowel effort, stool traits, bowel movements, defecation time, abdominal distension score, evaluation of clinical efficacy after treatment, followed up for 3 months after treatment to observe the recurrence of clinical symptoms . Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 75.56%, which was higher than that of the control group (55.56%, P <0.05). The defecation sense, obstruction of the anus, laborious defecation, stool traits, defecation frequency, defecation time and abdominal distension score of the treatment group were significantly decreased after treatment. The control group only had an insignificant feeling of defecation and the defecation frequency scores were significantly decreased (P <0.05) And clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). Follow-up 3 months, two groups did not find any recurrence of clinical symptoms. Conclusion Liumangtang high enema combined with biofeedback treatment of mixed functional constipation clinical curative effect is exact, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms such as defecation difficulty.
