批评是教育活动中经常使用的手段。作为教育者,我们所面对的是成长中的小学生,由于他们难免会犯点错,会有这样那样的缺点,这时,有责任心的我们便会试图通过批评来教育学生,使其向积极方向转变。那究竟该怎样来直面学生的不足和失误,采用学生乐于接受的教育方法,帮其改正错误,促其不断进步呢?我觉得,我们需要另类的批评,也就是讲究批评的艺术,用幽默而又意味深长的言语,来引发学生的深思,在轻松的气氛或笑声中,使学生知错明理,达到自我教育的目的。
