测定26例维持性血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者先后使用甘精胰岛素、精蛋白锌胰鸟素时透析前、透析2h、透析结束时、透析结束后2h血糖。结果:透析前两组血糖和胰岛素用量无差异(P>0.05);透析2h精蛋白锌胰岛素组较甘精胰岛素组低,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);透析结束时、透析结束后2h精蛋白锌胰岛素组较甘精胰岛素组降低(P<0.05)。结论:甘精胰岛素较精蛋白锌胰岛素透析期间血糖下降慢,透析结束后血糖恢复快,更不容易发生低血糖。
Determination of 26 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients with diabetic nephropathy have used glargine, protamine zinc and pancreas before dialysis, dialysis 2h, dialysis at the end, 2h after dialysis blood glucose. Results: There was no significant difference in the amount of blood glucose and insulin between the two groups before dialysis (P> 0.05). Dialysis for 2h was lower than that of insulin glargine group, but there was no significant difference (P> 0.05). At the end of dialysis, 2h protamine zinc insulin group compared with insulin glargine group decreased (P <0.05). Conclusion: Glargine is lower in serum during the dialysis of insulin-like zinc and insulin, and the blood sugar recovery is quicker after dialysis, and it is less prone to hypoglycemia.
