目前北京对垃圾的处理方式还安于集中起来进行焚烧和填埋,在减量化方面没有有力举措。垃圾填埋造成的污染是永久的,扩散也很快,焚烧起来投资大,产生的有害物质很难被全部净化。近年来,垃圾填埋和焚烧在国内外已开始进入萎缩期。作为超大型城市,北京面临的资源、环境等压力很大。政府应从现在起就转换思路,把减量化作为垃圾处理工作的重点。我建议应进一步引导居民将垃圾分类做到实处,保证不同垃圾能分类运输和处理,同时更应本着“谁的责任
At present, Beijing’s treatment of rubbish is also concentrated in incineration and landfilling, with no effective measures for reducing it. Pollution caused by landfills is permanent, diffused quickly, incinerated and invested heavily, and harmful substances generated are hard to be completely decontaminated. In recent years, landfill and incineration have begun to enter the declining period at home and abroad. As a mega-city, Beijing faces great pressure on its resources and environment. From now on, the government should change its thinking and regard reduction as the focus of garbage disposal.
