秋华,秋实,金秋是个好时节。在这个收获的季节,党的十六届六中全会传出佳音。全会通过了《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》这一具有重大意义的纲领性文件,提出了构建和谐社会的九大目标和任务,这是为增进全民福祉、建设公平公正的社会、实现经济社会的可持续发展而采取的重大战略措施;是以胡锦涛为总书记的中央领导集体坚持“以人为本”的执政理念的具体体现。和谐是美,和谐是诗,和谐是人类生存发展的希冀。“构建和谐社会”牵动着亿万人民的心,追求和谐成为新时代的最强音。工会作为中国共产党领导的工人阶级群众组织,在构建和谐社会的事业中,有着义不容辞的责任和不可替代的作用。
Autumn, autumn, autumn is a good season. In this harvest season, the 6th Plenum of the 16th CPC Central Committee delivered a good news. The plenary session passed the “Programmatic Decision of the CPC Central Committee on Several Major Issues concerning the Building of a Harmonious Socialist Society,” a programmatic document of great significance that sets forth the nine major goals and tasks for building a harmonious society. It aims to promote the well-being of all people and build a fair and equitable Society and realize the sustainable development of economy and society. It is a concrete embodiment of the central leadership collective with Hu Jintao as the general secretary adhering to the “people-oriented” concept of governance. Harmony is beauty, harmony is poetry, and harmony is the hope of human existence and development. “Building a harmonious society” affects the hearts of hundreds of millions of people and the pursuit of harmony has become the strongest voice of the new era. As a working-class mass organization under the leadership of the Communist Party of China, trade unions have an unshirkable responsibility and irreplaceable role in building a harmonious society.
