I. Brief review The International Symposium on Remote Sensing of the Seas held in Canada, Italy and the United States shows that remote sensing methods are becoming an effective means of studying different characteristics of various waters, in conjunction with traditional approaches to contact. The method of a microwave radiometer is one of the radio physical remote sensing methods based on the inherent electromagnetic radiation from the environmental target in the wavelength range of millimeters, centimeters and decimeters. The salient feature of water surface radiation is its sensitivity to a variety of physical and chemical parameters such as temperature T, salinity S, and the concentration of certain chemical mixtures, as well as the geometry of the ripple that represents the characteristics of the waves’ surface, gravity waves , Surge and bubble formation. It must be pointed out that the sensitivity of emitted radiation to these different parameters is a function of frequency. Therefore, multi-frequency measurements can be used to obtain the estimated values of these parameters.
