企业行政管理在现代企业管理中所处的位置是相当重要的,它对规范公司各项规章制度、传播和打造企业文化方面起着直接的引导作用,深深关系企业的长远发展。随着市场经济的发展愈加快速和企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,企业行政管理在企业发展更是起着不可或缺的重要作用。但在实际的企业行政管理中,不少的企业都或多或少存在着一些问题和盲点,制约了公司的向前发展。本文主要指出了企业行政管理中存在的一些问题,并提出了具有创新意义的解决策略。
The position of the enterprise administration in modern enterprise management is very important. It plays a direct guiding role in regulating various rules and regulations of the company, spreading and building corporate culture, and is deeply related to the long-term development of the enterprise. With the rapid development of market economy and increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, the development of enterprise administration plays an indispensable and important role in the development of enterprises. However, in the actual business administration, many enterprises have more or less some problems and blind spots, restricting the company’s forward development. This paper mainly points out some problems existing in the administration of the enterprise and puts forward some innovative solutions.
