《中华人民共和国劳动法》已经颁布实施近两年。《劳动法》的颁布实施,对推动劳动领域的全面改革、调整劳动关系、规范劳动用工行为起到了重大作用。为了解《劳动法》在北京市非公有制企业中的执行情况,找出存在的问题,提出解决办法,加大《劳动法》执行力度,19965月至7月,由市劳动局政策研究室牵头组成了4个调查小组,分别对分布在8个区(县)和4个局总分司的外商(40户)、私营企业(40户)、个体工商户(40户)进行了入户调查,其间发放企业调查表120份,全部有效收回;发放职工个人的问卷2000张,回收率95%。由此,我们可见外商、私企、个体工商户三类企业,即——
