液压切断机是切断自动化设备,项目中所用液压切断机用来自动切断药柱。为了提高切断时的安全和切断后的药柱的质量和性能,要求切割刀转速可控可测,保持转速恒定,同时转速控制精度达到一定要求。所以通过采用电液比例控制技术来实现切割过程中恒速控制从而达到切断要求。再通过建立转速闭环的数学模型并且进行了仿真研究,对比了PID校正前后的响应性能,通过在线调整PID参数,从而使过程控制取得了良好的效果,控制系统达到了设计的要求。

Therefore, through the use of electro-hydraulic proportional control technology to achieve constant speed control cutting process in order to achieve cutting requirements. Then the mathematical model of the closed-loop speed control was established and the simulation was carried out. The response performance before and after PID calibration was compared. By adjusting the PID parameters online, the process control achieved good results and the control system met the design requirements.
