1997年,江西省农机局邓建平副局长到遂川县驻村扶贫,他是农业厅在遂川县于田镇中洲村三年包村扶贫村建的最后一位工作组长。一年来,工作组根据厅党组制定的扶贫村建方案,紧密依靠农民群众,大力推广科学技术,真抓实干,一腔热血沃中洲,圆满完成了最后一年的扶贫村建任务。三年奋斗,到1997年底,村集体经济收入从900元猛增至8万元,农民人均收入从1100元增至2200元,村党支部从三类上升到一类,评为全县先进基层党组织,农业厅荣获省直扶贫包村先进部门。
In 1997, Deng Jianping, deputy director of Jiangxi Provincial Agricultural Machinery Bureau, went to Suichuan for poverty alleviation in the village. He was the last working leader of the Department of Agriculture built in Baoan Village, Zhongzhou Village, Yutian Town, Suichuan County. In the past year, the working party has successfully completed the task of helping the poor and the village during the final year of the year according to the plan of helping the poor and constructing the village set up by the party leadership of the department, closely relying on the peasant masses, vigorously promoting science and technology, earnest work and solidarity.
