随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展,不管是大型企业还是中小型企业都在不断增长。但不可忽略的是,我国的中小型企业在这一过程中显现出一些问题,包括管理上的、经营上以及资金筹集上,其中中小型企业最主要的问题就是融资难的问题。融资直接关系到一个企业的成长,中小企业的融资难问题已经直接成为限制中小型企业发展的瓶颈,对企业的中长期发展不利。本文通过对中小型企业融资现状以及当前融资难的原因的分析,提出有利于解决中小型企业融资难问题的对策建议。
With the continuous development of the socialist market economy, both large enterprises and small and medium-sized enterprises are constantly growing. However, it can not be ignored that SMEs in our country have shown some problems in this process, including management, operation and fund-raising. Among them, the most important issue for small and medium-sized enterprises is the issue of financing difficulties. Financing directly relates to the growth of an enterprise. The financing difficulty of SMEs has directly become the bottleneck restricting the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, which is unfavorable to the medium and long-term development of enterprises. Based on the analysis of the status quo of financing for SMEs and the reasons for the current financing difficulties, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for solving the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises.
