目的:研究风热流浸膏镇咳作用与免疫调节作用。方法:给小鼠、豚鼠灌服生药16、8、4g/kg体重后,采用浓氨水致小鼠及豚鼠咳嗽,观察风热流浸膏的镇咳作用;给小鼠灌服生药16、8、4g/kg体重后,通过测定小鼠血清溶血素水平和腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能,观察风热流浸膏的免疫调节功能。结果:生药16g/kg、生药8g/kg、生药4g/kg组风热流浸膏均能减少氨水引起的小鼠咳嗽次数,生药16g/kg、生药8g/kg组能显著减少氨水引起的豚鼠咳嗽次数(P<0.01)。风热流浸膏生药16g/kg、生药8g/kg组溶血素吸光度水平与阴性对照组比较有显著差异。结论:风热流浸膏具有一定的镇咳作用及免疫调节功能。
Objective: To study the antitussive effect and immunomodulatory effects of wind-heat extract. METHODS: Mice and guinea pigs were given cough with mice and guinea pig with concentrated ammonia water after taking 16,8,4 g / kg body weight of crude drug. The antitussive effect of wind-heat flow extract was observed. 4g / kg body weight, by measuring the level of serum hemolysin and phagocytic function of peritoneal macrophages, to observe the immune function of wind-heat flow extract. Results: 16g / kg crude drug, 8g / kg crude drug and 4g / kg crude drug could reduce the number of mice cough caused by ammonia water. The crude drug 16g / kg and crude drug 8g / kg significantly reduced the ammonia-induced cough in guinea pigs Frequency (P <0.01). Wind heat flux extract crude drug 16g / kg, crude drug 8g / kg group hemolysin absorbance levels compared with the negative control group were significantly different. Conclusion: The wind-heat extract has certain antitussive effect and immune regulation function.
