有关蘑菇制种,在《食用菌》杂志上已介绍了很多,阅后得益非浅。本文向同行介绍一种在同一菇体上获得组织分离的菌丝和多孢(或单孢)分离的菌丝的简易方法,其目的是比较无性繁殖和有性繁殖的实用意义。
The mushroom seed production, “Edible Fungi” magazine has introduced a lot, benefit after reading. This article introduces a simple method for obtaining mycelium and polysaccharide (or single spore) isolated mycelium on the same mushroom body with the aim of comparing the practical significance of asexual reproduction and sexual reproduction.
