国企亏损似有加剧之势。据河南省经贸委提供的数据,1996年河南省地方国有工业亏损企业亏损额7.11亿元,比上年上升86.7％,今年第一季度亏损企业亏损额比去年同期增加22.76％,亏损企业职工人数59.6万人,比去年同期增加22.9％。总结近年来一些地方企业改革和扭亏增盈的经验,考虑到我国当前的政治、经济形势和实现跨世纪战略目标的要求,治理国企亏损问题,应注意标本兼治,并同时兼顾克服企业眼前困难和有利于企业长远的发展。
State-owned losses appear to be aggravating trend. According to statistics provided by Henan Economic and Trade Commission, in 1996, the loss of state-owned local enterprises in Henan Province was 711 million yuan, up 86.7% over the previous year. The loss of loss-making enterprises in the first quarter of this year increased by 22.76% over the same period of last year, while the number of workers in loss-making enterprises 596,000 people, an increase of 22.9% over the same period of last year. In light of the current political and economic situation in our country and the requirements of realizing the cross-century strategic goals, we should summarize the experience of some local enterprises in reforming and turning losses into profits in the past few years. We should pay attention to tackling the problems of both the symptoms and root causes while solving the current problems of state-owned enterprises. At the same time, Is conducive to long-term development of enterprises.
