党的十一届三中全会以来,我国实行改革开放,冲破了僵化的、旧的经济体制,在确立以公有制为主体的多种所有制形式的同时,也实行了以按劳分配为主体的多种分配形式。实行多种分配形式并存,符合我国现阶段的国情。因此,正确认识其存在的客观必然性以及妥善处理好分配领域中的各种关系,有利于我们进一步完善分配政策,顺利地推进深层的改革。
Since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, China has implemented the policy of reform and opening up and broke through the rigid and old economic system. While establishing various forms of ownership with public ownership as the mainstay, China has also implemented more Distribution form. The implementation of a variety of forms of distribution coexist, in line with our national conditions at this stage. Therefore, a correct understanding of the objective necessity of its existence and the proper handling of all kinds of relations in the field of distribution help us to further improve the distribution policy and promote the deep reform smoothly.
