促宫颈成熟诱导分娩是妇产科的一个重要课题。特别是妊娠中期的宫颈坚硬,宫口紧闭,往往给终止妊娠带来一定的困难。为了提高引产质量,避免并发症发生,在引产过程中必须对促宫颈成熟给予足够的重视。曾有用橡皮管等方法促宫颈成熟,诱导分娩者,但由于种种原因不易推广。我院应用氟来氏(Foley′)双腔导尿管(下称 Foley 氏管)自制小水囊联合利凡诺法引产104例,宫颈评分提高,引流产时间缩短,与单纯用利凡诺组对照差异显著。特报告如下。
Promote cervical ripening birth obstetrics and gynecology is an important issue. In order to improve the quality of induced labor, to avoid complications, in the induction of labor must pay due attention to the promotion of cervical ripening. Rubber tube and other methods have been used to promote cervical maturity, induced delivery, but not easy to promote due to various reasons. In our hospital, Foley’s dual-lumen catheter (Foley’s tube) was used to produce 104 cases of small water sac combined with Rivanol method. Cervical score increased, drainage time was shortened, The difference between the two groups was significant. Special report is as follows.
