社会科学成果评价指标体系有三种:直接指标,间接指标,直接间接指标,三者各有优点和不足。就目前的管理水平和科研实践看,应以直接评价为主,适当引进一些重要的间接指标,逐步加大量化成分。当前的工作主要是进一步规范指标体系,完善评价机制,改进评价办法,使评价指标体系更好地激励和保护科研人员对真理的追求和首创精神。
Social science evaluation index system has three kinds: direct indicators, indirect indicators, direct indirect indicators, the three have their own strengths and weaknesses. As far as the current management level and research practice are concerned, we should take the direct evaluation as the main measure, appropriately introduce some important indirect indicators and gradually increase the quantitative components. The current work is mainly to further standardize the index system, improve the evaluation mechanism and improve the evaluation methods so that the evaluation index system can better stimulate and protect the scientific pursuit and the pioneering spirit of the truth.
