In 1964, Morris first proposed the diagnostic significance of Ptf V_1. It is believed that the negative value of the increase in left ventricular involvement secondary to left atrial dilatation, resulting in backward rotation of the transverse vector, and delayed left atrial conduction or prolonged conduction. Ptf V_1 refers to the terminal potential of the P wave of the ECG V_1 lead: It is expressed as the product of the amplitude (mm) of the negative end of the P wave and the time (S). The authors selected from April 1988 to February 1989 during the clinical diagnosis of heart failure in 40 patients, according to the above measurement
