什么是课堂教学的实效性?其实,课堂教学有效与否要看学生是否在上课后得到发展,一堂课后“三维”教学目标是否得到落实。要想提高课堂教学的实效性,我们应紧紧抓住课堂教学这一中心环节,但又不可忽视课堂外的其他附加因素。提高课堂教学实效性是一个永恒的科研课题,在不断的探索实践中,总结出以下几条途径,望一同商榷。一、教师应不断充实自我,提高文化素养近年来,教师通过各种形式参与不同层次的学习,小学教师录取的学历标准也提到本科以上,教师队伍的学历整体有了很大提高。我们学校教师都是专科以上学历,百分之九十的老师都是本科以上的学历,但学历高不一定代表文化素养高。
