与PIWI蛋白相互作用RNA(PIWI-associated RNA,piRNA)是一类新发现的非编码小RNA,长25~33nt,通过与PIWI蛋白相互作用而发挥作用,其与基因组稳定性保持、表观遗传学调节、生殖干细胞分化、胚胎发育和多种疾病的发生、发展密切相关。近年有关piRNA与肿瘤的相关性已成为研究热点。本文就piRNA对肿瘤疾病诊断、治疗及预后评估的研究进展作一综述。
PIWI-Associated RNA (PIWI-associated RNA, piRNA) is a newly discovered class of small non-coding RNA that is 25-33 nt long and works by interacting with the PIWI protein, which is conserved with respect to the stability of the genome and epigenetic Learning regulation, germline stem cell differentiation, embryonic development and the occurrence and development of various diseases are closely related. In recent years, the correlation between piRNA and tumor has become a hot research topic. This article reviews the research progress of piRNA on the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of tumor diseases.
