在改革开放的引领之下， 海南经济发展实现了质的飞跃。 而旅游业的发展正是推动海南经济迅猛发展的关键力量。２０１０ 年， 国务院颁布的 《国务院关于推进海南国际旅游岛建设发展的若干意见》 使得建设海南国际旅游岛上升为国家战略。 因此研究海南旅游业的升级发展具有重要意义， 本文通过对海南旅游业发展的形势、 现状和存在的问题进行分析， 结合海南自身的发展情况提出几个对策， 以促使海南旅游业转型升级， 实现效益最大化。

The development of tourism is the key force to promote the rapid economic development in Hainan.
